Returns
All Monica Fiorella Jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind works in precious metal.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, eligible pieces may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original condition.
Because each piece is individually handcrafted, the following are not eligible for return:
Bespoke or custom commissions
Pieces altered at the client’s request
Final sale items
Return authorization is required prior to shipping any item back. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the piece is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Client is responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges
As all pieces are one-of-a-kind, direct exchanges are generally not available. If you would like assistance selecting another piece, please reach out — I’m happy to help guide you.
Repairs & Restoration
Monica Fiorella Jewelry is constructed using sculptural, dimensional filigree techniques.
Due to the intricate nature of this work, repairs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Minor components such as ear posts, clasps, or jump rings can often be replaced. Structural damage to filigree elements — including crushing, bending, or distortion — may not be fully restorable due to the layered and delicate construction of the piece.
Complimentary repair evaluation is offered. If a repair is technically feasible, a quote will be provided before work begins. Client is responsible for shipping costs.
